Benefits of Participating

This event is to give UK companies an opportunity to network with relevant Japanese stakeholders. It is aimed to replicate a ‘Meet the Buyer’ event, but we will not arrange one-to-one meetings there. No chairs will be arranged, it will be a chance to exchange business cards to introduce your company to key stakeholders with the aim of setting up individual meetings later.

This is a free event for UK companies attending Stadia & Arena 2016 or for those who are in Japan at this time.

Attached are venue project lists for Tokyo 2020 and RWC 2019 as an appendix to this event information. These lists include key information on architects and prime contractors of the venues, therefore it should help UK companies to identify whom they should contact to promote sales of their products and services. The companies marked in blue are those who will join Stadia & Arena as exhibitors/speakers.
